Bead Bracelet Station for Gather 6th Birthday Station in Tribeca NYC

Last night we go to be a part of something very magical! We worked with a nonprofit organization girls who gather which focused on cultivating community among women all over the world and building up female leaders. We provided a bracelet bar for their six year celebration as an organization at the Maxwell Social Club in Tribeca New York City. It was a complete hit and loved seeing everyone connecting with each other over making fun bracelets. 

The event was held at the Maxwell Social Club in Tribeca located 135 Watts Street, New York, NY 10013.

Bracelet Making Station and Jewelry Metallic Tattoos for Cameron Forbes Event Costal Cowboys East Hamptons

We are back for another beautiful weekend in the Hamptons.

This time we are part of a very awesome event by Forbes Functions with theme of “Coastal Cowboys”

When discussing our services we offered a few things that could tie in nicely to their theme. Bracelet making station and metallic tattoos were the two services that Forbes Functions felt it would be a hit with their guests.

We are able to do bracelet station two ways- either the artist puts together the bracelet for the guest or the guests make their own bracelet. For this event our artist put the bracelet together. Once guests pick out their beads and charms one of our talented bracelet artists will put the bracelet together and the guest picks up the bracelet towards the end to the party. Setting it up this way allowed the guests to check out other things happening at the event and socialize.

For the bracelet station guests would choose the colors of beads they would like to have in their bracelets and pick out either names or sayings that speak to them. Since the theme was coastal cowboy’s we made sure to have special cowboy charms such as cowboy hats and cowboy boots. Also since there was a coastal element we added lots of gold beading, turquoise beading and shell or sea theme charms. We love adding themes to any of our services. It really adds a personal element to the party or event.

Guests were able to make one bracelet since there was a high guest count. It is a great take away since every time a guest wears or looks at their bracelet they remember the time where it was done. This is great since it gives a positive feeling and cherish something handmade was done just for them. Guests really love the personalization aspect to the service. Also guests were getting bracelets done for their significant other, a family member or friends. Also many guests like to make matching bracelets so they post it on their social media accounts and show off what an amazing item they received at an event or party they were attending to.

The second service we added was metallic tattoos. These temporary tattoos are super fun and really shine. We got metallic tattoos that had a cowboy theme and beach theme. These tattoos take less than five minutes per person and are very fun to wear. We also add gems to the tattoos to make it feel very special. Also adding the gems to the temporary tattoos make it feel like its jewelry. Also these tattoos come off very easily so if guests prefer to only have it for the party its very easy to remove.

Airbrush Make Up Bags for Tarte Cosmetics Teacher's Appreciation Day in New York City

Tarte Cosmetics host’s a weekly event for a couple of weeks for their Teacher Appreciation Day held at the headquarters of Tarte Cosmetics in New York City in the heart of the Fashion District. Tarte Cosmetics honors educators with exclusive discounts and a giveaway. Teachers can enjoy special deals on makeup and skincare products as a token of appreciation. Additionally, Tarte is running a giveaway for teachers nationwide and will donate a portion of proceeds to support educational initiatives. We were honored to be part of this special event.

Tarte Cosmetics wanted guests to have a custom airbrush make up bag. We definitely are able to airbrush on almost any fabric material. Since the make up bags were made out of canvas it was easy to make beautiful airbrush designs. Guests could pick any colors and have anything written on them. We also made custom Tarte Cosmetics designs such as make up icons and the Tarte logo. Guests were so happy to receive their custom airbrush pouch that they can use again and again. What’s truly special every time they use the item it gives such a nice memory of where they originally got it. This we find its super successful to offer services like this to guests.

Airbrush Tattoos for Netflix Nimona Movie Premiere in Upper West Side

June is in full swing with so many great events and parties! We were asked to be part of the movie premiere for Nimona on Netflix at the AMC Lincoln Square 13 Movie Theatre in the Upper West Side located on 1998 Broadway, New York, NY 10023. We provided the service of airbrush tattoos.

Nimona is a movie produced by Annapurna Pictures and MORE and distributed by Netflix. The movie is about a knight who is framed for a crime he didn't commit. The only person who can help him prove his innocence is Nimona. This is a great adventure movie done with beautiful animation.

For the premiere they wanted all services to be tied in with the spirit of the movie. We made custom design airbrush tattoos to match the exact characters of the movie. This isn’t an easy task at all but we are able to make the dream happen. These are multi layer designs just for the character and then we put details around to really make them special. Guests of the premiere were in loved with their temporary airbrush tattoos. We did shades of pinks so it matched perfectly the ambiance of the movie. Guests were also able to add glitter and gems for an extra touch of sparkle.

Arts and Crafts Party Decorate A Hat with Patches Craft Services in Upper East Side

We believe that arts and crafts parties are the bring so much creativity and fun. Whether it's a birthday celebration, a bridal shower, or a team-building event, these parties provide a fantastic opportunity for guests to unleash their artistic talents. We worked with an amazing event planner Cassandra Bette Events on a first birthday with the theme of Sesame Street.

The client definitely wanted a craft that would incorporate Sesame Street and something that its easy for kids to put together. Since we are in the start of summer the client wanted something that the kids could also wear and show off their awesome creation. We created a fun craft to decorate a hat with patches, gems, stickers and Sesame Street style patches.

We special ordered patches that tie in the theme. We had Elmos, Cookie Monsters, chocolate chip cookies, rubber duckies, bats and all the letters of the alphabet. Kids also could draw on the hats to complete their master piece.

Glitter Tattoos for Breast Cancer Awareness Event at Bloomingdale's New York City

We are in full swing of the fall season. October is generally known for Halloween and Columbus Day but October is also Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Breast Cancer Research Foundation and Bloomingdale's have partnered since 2004 through the company's Give Pink, Get More initiative. For a month long in October Bloomingdale’s customers can give back to BCRF while earning rewards by charging a $15 donation to their Bloomingdale’s Credit Card. Customers earn $25 in rewards for every $250 they spend throughout the month. Over the past 18 years, Bloomingdale's has raised nearly $16 million for BCRF through this amazing campaign.

We were hired for our services of glitter tattoos on Saturday October 8th. We had a selection of fun glitter tattoos such as I ❤️ NY, stars, butterflies and as well some custom made ones. All the tattoos were in shades of pink to tie in with the breast cancer awareness event. Customers were able to enjoy a pink temporary glitter tattoo in honor of the pink celebration. We were at the Bloomingdale’s 59th Street location 1000 Third Avenue 59th Street and, Lexington Ave, New York, NY 10022 and the Bloomindale’s Soho Location 504 Broadway, New York, NY 10012.
