We part of a beautiful party for a fashion design client. Her daughter is a teen in the age group of 12-13 years old and wanted a service that they would enjoy. Our top services for that age group is custom bead bracelet station, patches on items and hair tinsel.

For this station the guests were able to design their own pouches/make up bags and put any type of patches, gems, pearls and other decor. It’s a fun party craft to have at any event. It is based on the popular brand Stoney Clover Lane where all the items are customized with special and unique patches. Letter patches are always the most popular especially since guests love to have their name or initials on items. Having the names on their items gives a very special personalized touch.

Another station that was part of this event was a custom bead bracelet station. We always find when we do bead bracelet stations guests find it super relaxing to make their own bracelets. They also get to create a unique item that is truly personalized of what they like such as a name, saying, color ways and special theme beads. We also love to provide a beautiful presentation for any bead station. Each one is different since it is based on the theme of the party and how many guests we will be servicing. Rainbow Hair Braiding for Kids Birthday Party in Lattingtown Long Island

We are back at an amazing kids birthday party at Lattintown Long Island in Oyster Bay 11560.

The theme was Hawaiian Luau! We absolutely love the theme so we were excited to add special elements to the rainbow hair braiding service. We added hibiscus flower clips, pearls, crystals and other special Hawaiian theme clips. We also added hair glitter to the braid to really make it sparkle.

What’s also great about our hair braiding service is if there is water activities or a pool the hair braiding is totally fine if it gets wet. We also have an additional option if any of your guests prefer not to get their braided in with the fun colors we have pre-made hair braids and attaches super easy to a pony tail. They still get to adorn their braid with special clips and hair glitter.

Bracelet Making Station and Jewelry Metallic Tattoos for Cameron Forbes Event Costal Cowboys East Hamptons

We are back for another beautiful weekend in the Hamptons.

This time we are part of a very awesome event by Forbes Functions with theme of “Coastal Cowboys”

When discussing our services we offered a few things that could tie in nicely to their theme. Bracelet making station and metallic tattoos were the two services that Forbes Functions felt it would be a hit with their guests.

We are able to do bracelet station two ways- either the artist puts together the bracelet for the guest or the guests make their own bracelet. For this event our artist put the bracelet together. Once guests pick out their beads and charms one of our talented bracelet artists will put the bracelet together and the guest picks up the bracelet towards the end to the party. Setting it up this way allowed the guests to check out other things happening at the event and socialize.

For the bracelet station guests would choose the colors of beads they would like to have in their bracelets and pick out either names or sayings that speak to them. Since the theme was coastal cowboy’s we made sure to have special cowboy charms such as cowboy hats and cowboy boots. Also since there was a coastal element we added lots of gold beading, turquoise beading and shell or sea theme charms. We love adding themes to any of our services. It really adds a personal element to the party or event.

Guests were able to make one bracelet since there was a high guest count. It is a great take away since every time a guest wears or looks at their bracelet they remember the time where it was done. This is great since it gives a positive feeling and cherish something handmade was done just for them. Guests really love the personalization aspect to the service. Also guests were getting bracelets done for their significant other, a family member or friends. Also many guests like to make matching bracelets so they post it on their social media accounts and show off what an amazing item they received at an event or party they were attending to.

The second service we added was metallic tattoos. These temporary tattoos are super fun and really shine. We got metallic tattoos that had a cowboy theme and beach theme. These tattoos take less than five minutes per person and are very fun to wear. We also add gems to the tattoos to make it feel very special. Also adding the gems to the temporary tattoos make it feel like its jewelry. Also these tattoos come off very easily so if guests prefer to only have it for the party its very easy to remove.

Custom Bead Bracelets for Alice and Olivia In-Store Event New York City and Hamptons

Summer is here and in full swing! We got to be part of a special in-store event for Alice and Olivia in New York City and in the Hamptons. For this store event the Alice and Olivia team wanted custom bracelets for their customers while they were shopping. Customers were able to pick the design and custom any saying or name. Also they were able to pick the colors and if they wanted clay beads, metallic beads or pony beads.

We loved what the customers were coming up with. We had a lot of pastel combinations and colorful rainbow designs. Customers told us personal stories on what their bracelet means to them. We also did bracelets for the sales associates. We came back a couple weeks later to do other in-store events and we were so thrilled that they were wearing their bracelets. The sale associates said once they were made they didn’t want to take the them off.
