We are back for another beautiful weekend in the Hamptons.
This time we are part of a very awesome event by Forbes Functions with theme of “Coastal Cowboys”
When discussing our services we offered a few things that could tie in nicely to their theme. Bracelet making station and metallic tattoos were the two services that Forbes Functions felt it would be a hit with their guests.
We are able to do bracelet station two ways- either the artist puts together the bracelet for the guest or the guests make their own bracelet. For this event our artist put the bracelet together. Once guests pick out their beads and charms one of our talented bracelet artists will put the bracelet together and the guest picks up the bracelet towards the end to the party. Setting it up this way allowed the guests to check out other things happening at the event and socialize.
For the bracelet station guests would choose the colors of beads they would like to have in their bracelets and pick out either names or sayings that speak to them. Since the theme was coastal cowboy’s we made sure to have special cowboy charms such as cowboy hats and cowboy boots. Also since there was a coastal element we added lots of gold beading, turquoise beading and shell or sea theme charms. We love adding themes to any of our services. It really adds a personal element to the party or event.
Guests were able to make one bracelet since there was a high guest count. It is a great take away since every time a guest wears or looks at their bracelet they remember the time where it was done. This is great since it gives a positive feeling and cherish something handmade was done just for them. Guests really love the personalization aspect to the service. Also guests were getting bracelets done for their significant other, a family member or friends. Also many guests like to make matching bracelets so they post it on their social media accounts and show off what an amazing item they received at an event or party they were attending to.
The second service we added was metallic tattoos. These temporary tattoos are super fun and really shine. We got metallic tattoos that had a cowboy theme and beach theme. These tattoos take less than five minutes per person and are very fun to wear. We also add gems to the tattoos to make it feel very special. Also adding the gems to the temporary tattoos make it feel like its jewelry. Also these tattoos come off very easily so if guests prefer to only have it for the party its very easy to remove.
